Culture and Development: Ravello Lab International Talks

Attività

Launched in 2006, Ravello LAB – International Dialogues is an annual event and a permanent forum where, over three consecutive days, experts and international policymakers gather to analyze, discuss, and propose in-depth insights into the relationship between culture and development. It serves as a vital systemic resource for designing, analyzing, monitoring, and evaluating concrete cases and experiences, aiming to provide policymakers with ideas and solutions that can be translated into tangible actions and policies benefiting citizens and their communities. The project is driven by a founding partnership comprising the European University Centre for Cultural Heritage (Ravello), Federculture, and the National School of Cultural Heritage and Activities. It operates in close coordination with European institutions and official bodies, and in partnership with numerous private-sector entities, with the goal of establishing a new approach to development—one centered primarily on the essential contribution that culture can and must make to society’s economic and civic growth, thereby transforming it into a lasting driver of development.
