Following the research and data analysis, proposals for the local authorities (public and private) and the communities themselves can be made:


• Rehabilitation of the access infrastructure in order to facilitate touristical circulation: Babadag – Enisala, Isaccea – Noviodunum Citadel, Murighiol – Dunavăţul de Jos, Slava Cercheză – Slava Rusă, Babadag – Slava Rusă (proposal for Tulcea County Council and local councils)


• Development of the utilities infrastructure, especially regarding the drinking water (catchment, treatment, storage and distribution)


• Development of the accommodation infrastructure in Babadag, Enisala, Isaccea, Jurilovca, Slava Rusă, by increasing the number of facilities for the population opened for the tourism activities (proposal for local councils)


• Consultancy accorded to the potential local investors for the development of the rural tourism (proposal for Tulcea County Council)


• Development of the partnership between the public authorities, public institutions and the representatives of civil society and private institutions


• Diversification of the touristic offer by intensive promotion of many services. Archaeological, historical and ethnographical tourism can enlarge tourists’ horizon. Promoting rural tourism and rural tourism is the way to conserve the patrimony of the region


• Development of marketing services:


1. Foundation of a Centre for Touristic Information with a complete data base about the accommodation possibilities in Tulcea County (proposal for Tulcea County Council)


2. Realisation of advertising banners and their placement in the most accessible areas


3. Foundation of Touristic Information Points in each locality (proposal for the local councils)


4. Publishing a touristic map of the county with all the significative cultural objectives and placing it everywhere in the way of tourists (proposal for Tulcea county council, ICEM, and other cultural institutions)


5. Publishing brochures and folders containing informations about the accommodation and meals and also about the cultural opportunities


6. Publishing folders and brochures for each cultural objective (proposal for Tulcea County Council and ICEM)


7. Creation of a web site containing all the county accommodation infrastructure and all the cultural objectives
