At Villa Rufolo in Ravello, the exhibit "Food among image and literature", organised by Università per Stranieri di Perugia in collaboration with Centro Universitario Europeo per i Beni Culturali in the frame of the course "Linguistic and gastronomic landscapes in Italy",  will open on Thursday 19 September 2013.

The International PhD School in Science of Book and Writing (Università per Stranieri di Perugia), coordinated by Giovanna Zaganelli will open an exhibit dedicated to the Magazine "La Gola" on Thursday 19 September 2013, in Ravello, at Villa Rufolo.

The refined Magazine was founded in 1982 in Milan by the graphic designer Gianni Sassi and a group of intellectuals aiming at analysing cooking from a social, cultural, artistic and anthropological point of view. The cultural experience of the Magazine had developed for about ten years, with the collaboration of intellectuals, artists and academics, whose contribution will be presented in the exhibit.
The event is carried out in the frame of the course on "Linguistic and gastronomic landscapes in Italy" which will be held in Ravello, in collaboration with the European University Centre for Cultural Heritage and Università dei Sapori, from 16 to 21 September 2013.

The exhibit will be located in the Centre's Library "Maria Lilli Di Franco", on Villa Rufolo Cloister, and will be open to the public Mon-Fri, 9.00-14.00, until 27 October 2013.
