The CUEBC has developed various initiatives to this end: alternative, often thematic, cultural itineraries to better distribute tourist flows; the revitalization of traditional crafts at risk of extinction to ensure the ongoing maintenance and restoration of historic buildings and artifacts; the training of managers capable of fully grasping the cultural and heritage dimensions\u2014in all their nuances and implications\u2014of the movable and immovable assets in their care; and the integrated conservation, or regeneration, of ancient artifacts. All of this aims to facilitate proper and effective public access and engagement, a strategic element for culture-led development.
